On Monday 30 April 2018 in Rendell Seminar Room 5, University of Liverpool School of Law and Social Justice Banting Postdoctoral Research Fellow Randle DeFalco will give a talk entitled Examining the Relationship between International Criminal Justice and the Rule of Law in Post-Atrocity Cambodia.

The talk will offer a critical reappraisal of the assumption that the pursuit of international criminal law accountability will necessarily help improve the rule of law in post-atrocity states using the relationship between Khmer Rouge Tribunal and the rule of law in Cambodia as a case study. All are welcome to attend.
